Deana Mandigo
Vice President, Revenue Cycle Services

Deana joined Computer Credit, Inc. (CCi) in 2007. Deana has served in several roles, beginning with CCi’s Client Services team, where she managed customer portfolios until she was promoted to Client Services Manager. Deana later transitioned into CCi’s Customer Development Manager where she strategically worked with customers to better understand their needs and to solicit feedback on CCi’s vision for creating new services that would be of value in their revenue cycle processes.

As CCi ventured into new Extended Business Office services, Deana was responsible for implementing each new client. Her strong project management skills and customer development experience allowed her to effectively engage internal resources as well as hospital resources to maximize efforts, improve processes, and minimize obstacles in meeting implementation milestone dates and deliverables.

As CCi’s Vice President of Revenue Cycle Services, Deana is responsible for managing the Revenue Cycle team. She oversees all client management, from new implementations to ongoing customer support, as well as a fully staffed Contact Center that operates as an extension of a hospital business office. Deana works with the Revenue Cycle Analytics Manager to analyze customer performance and provide meaningful, detailed reports for our clients to assess our performance.

The Revenue Cycle team is comprised of Revenue Cycle Managers that manage client portfolios as well as Patient Service Rep teams that work in different Patient Accounting Systems (PAS). This differentiates CCi from the competition by enhancing the patient experience through system navigational strengths. She also works with the Resource and Recruitment Manager to ensure all Patient Service Reps are obtaining continued training and education on processes and procedures to increase efficiency and serve as stronger Patient Advocates for our clients.
